Delivery and Courier
Nostalgia TCG Limited sends all orders via Royal Mail. We aim to get every order placed before 3pm dispatched the same day. Please note orders will be send Monday-Saturday. On some occasions the courier may fail to deliver your item on time, if this happens please contact us and we will contact our courier to find out where your item is. If your item has been lost in the post, Nostalgia TCG Limited will provide you with a refund for your item or replacement item. Nostalgia TCG Limited cannot be held responsible if the courier is late.

Returns And Cancellation Policy
The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs and ensuring any returned items arrive to us in the same condition they were purchased in. If your item does not meet the standards it was sent in, Nostalgia TCG Limited has the right to refuse refund. You will be notified of this decision by Nostalgia TCG Limited.
If your item is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original state you received it- you can return your product to us up to 14 days after you received delivery.
If you have taken receipt of damaged or faulty items please inform us as soon as possible. You have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to notify us for a suitable resolution. Please note Nostalgia TCG Limited may ask for proof of damaged or faulty items. Nostalgia TCG Limited reserve the right to refuse returns if you cannot provide us with accurate information or issues arise after this period.
If you have received a packaged product and the cards inside are faulty Nostalgia TCG Limited are not liable for this. Please contact the manufacturer to dispute this.
Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after we receive your items.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed you are entitled to a full refund up until the order has been shipped. If your order has been sent out you will have to return the item back to us in undamaged and unopened. Nostalgia TCG Limited will issue you a full refund. Please note postage is paid by the buyer.
